The opportunity

Volleyball at its best is fast, loud and unpredictable, and a Final Four packs all of that into one weekend. The opportunity was to bring the excitement of volleyball to people live. One of the most important parts: public YouTube broadcasts open to everyone. And not only the matches, but everything that happens around them.

What we did

For two and a half years, we've led live coverage and creative direction for CEV's biggest weekends, across both the men's and women's competitions. Most recently that meant on-site video production at the CEV Champions League Final Four, with the men's event in Poland and the women's in Türkiye.

• YouTube live shows open to everyone, with a full broadcast graphics package built for volleyball
• Watchalongs hosted by our team, so fans have a familiar face and somewhere to watch together
• Interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and fan reactions, plus press conferences filmed on site and published the same day
• Gameday and trophy visuals for social media
• One consistent look and voice across the men's and women's events

What came out

More than 5 million views across 20+ live streams and six Final Fours. Europe's biggest volleyball weekends now reach fans live, on a channel anyone can open. The watchalongs have built an audience of their own, and the channel has become a place fans come back to, not just a place to catch highlights.
